I am a certified yoga teacher, based out of Gurgaon and have been practising yoga for 8 years. I specialise in Hatha yoga. I believe that yoga will in some way, no matter how small, improve the quality of one’s life, overall health and well-being.
My online class is slow to medium paced, with detailed instructions for beginners as well as intermediates. In my classes, we begin with some Kriya (Internal cleansing) followed by warm-up and Surya/Chandra Namaskar. After this, we do some asanas, depending on your health problems.
We then wrap up with pranayama and guided relaxation. The class is a combination of classical yoga postures with thought-through adjustments according to the practitioner’s level of mobility, strength and practice.
